Um...Admittedly most of the entries in the Fall Festival Parade, the 2007 iteration in particular, don't make sense. But most entries at least have the decency to slap "MAYOR RYAN JOHNSON" on a paper plate and staple it to their ATV. What this is supposed to be is anybody's guess. Outside of the obvious answer of "Oh, that's just a cross dresser" supplied by my brother, the meaning of this...thing...in the parade escapes me. The more I look at it, the more uncomfortable I get. Let's just move on.
